Bologna Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions
    1 lb. bologna
    10 potatoes
    salt and pepper
    soy sauce to taste
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Chop onion.
    Cut 5 potatoes into large wedges and 5 potatoes into small pieces.
    Place all ingredients into a large boiler and add about 2 quarts of water or until ingredients are covered.
    Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and hot sauce to taste.
    Cook on high heat until the potatoes and onions are tender.
    Simmer until stew thickens.
