Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Place apples in 2-quart casserole.
    Combine sugar and flour and toss with apple slices.
    Add margarine, cover and microwave on High for 7 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Pour into pie crust and bake as regular apple pie.
