Mocha Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee crystals
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can (1 1/4 c.) sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    chocolate syrup
Preparation
    Crust:
    In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda.
    With a pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until crumbly; press flour mixture into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
