Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice
1/2 lb. chicken (breasts, thighs, legs)
1 pkg. chicken gravy
1 can chow mein noodles
16 oz. vegetables
1 c. reserved chicken broth
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken.
Boil in water until done.
Cool. Tear into bite size pieces.
Prepare chicken gravy with reserved broth.
Place chicken pieces in gravy.
Prepare rice as per directions.
Heat vegetables.
Place rice on large serving plate. Top with vegetables and chicken gravy.
