Mexican Chicken With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken (4 lb.)
    taco seasoning (2 pkg.)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 stick butter/margarine
    4 c. tortilla chips
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    12 oz. canned milk
    8 oz. Mozzarella Pepper Jack cheese
    1/4 c. olives, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup flour and taco seasoning in bag to shake chicken, then dip chicken in 1/2 stick melted butter and roll in crushed chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
