Lemon Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of soda and salt
3 c. flour
1/4 c. lemon flavoring
1 qt. pecans, chopped
1 lb. candied cherries, quartered
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; mix baking powder, soda and salt in flour, then add to butter and sugar and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Bake in tube pan.
