Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed at room temperature
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup, mixed with 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place potatoes, onions, cheese and pepper in a large bowl. Mix together margarine, soup and sour cream and add to potato mixture.
    Mix together and place in a greased, flat Pyrex pan, 9 x 13-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
