Classic Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large cloves garlic
    5 flat anchovies with juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/8 c. garlic-flavored red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 heaping Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 egg
    1 large head romaine lettuce, torn
    Parmesan cheese
    2 c. croutons
Preparation
    Rinse and dry lettuce, keeping slightly moist. Set aside. Work garlic into large wooden bowl until it disappears. Puree into bowl the anchovies and juice. Add the next 8 ingredients in order and mix quickly with a fork and spoon after each ingredient is added until mixture thickens. Add lettuce; sprinkle with Parmesan and toss. Sprinkle again and toss until leaves are coated on both sides. Finally, add croutons and toss once more. Serve on chilled salad plates.
