Pimento Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pimentos, well drained
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    In food processor, blend cottage cheese until very smooth. Add pimentos and blend until smooth.
    Add the sour cream and basil.
    Blend until just mixed.
    Chill until needed.
    Low-fat.
