Sweet Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup flour
    1/3 cup cornmeal
    1-1/8 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 (8-3/4 oz.) can sweet corn kernels
    3 Tbsp non-fat milk
    1/4 cup honey
    1 Tbsp melted butter
    Nonstick spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.
