Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    8 Tbsp. cream (not milk)
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine beaten eggs, salt and cream.
    Add enough flour to make stiff dough.
    Roll out very thin on a floured surface and let stand 1 hour.
    Roll up with flour and cut in strips 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread out and let dry at least 3 hours.
    Cook 10 minutes or until done.
