Cornbread Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk or buttermilk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill seed
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. unbleached flour
2 finely chopped wieners (or 1/4 c. chopped ham, etc.)
1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

In mixing bowl blend in oil, egg, sugar, milk, baking powder, salt and 1/2 teaspoon dill seed.
Mix well.
Add cornmeal and flour, mixing thoroughly.
Gently mix in the chopped meat and cheese.
Pour into greased and floured muffin tins or loaf pans. Fill halfway and sprinkle with remaining dill seed.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or when medium brown at 375\u00b0.
Start testing with a toothpick for doneness.
Do not overbake.
