Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sauerkraut
    1 c. celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. onion
    1 can pimiento
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash and drain kraut.
    Cut up celery, pepper and onion; add pimiento.
    Mix together vinegar, sugar and oil; pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate overnight.
