Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1 2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts (8 oz. jar)
1/2 c. whole almonds (unblanched)
1 c. walnut halves
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine egg white and water.
Add nuts then toss to coat. Combine sugar, spice and salt, then toss the nuts until well coated with this mixture.
Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool on waxed paper then break into large clusters.
Place in decorated tin, bag or basket.
Yields about 4 1/2 cups of candy.
