Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. mint flavoring
5 1/3 c. powdered sugar
food coloring
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with mixer.
Knead with hands until smooth (will be very thick).
Remove about 1/4 of dough, wrapping rest in plastic wrap.
Pinch off marble size portions and roll into balls.
Roll in sugar and press flat with fork.
Repeat until gone.
