Velveeta Salsa Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or picante sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation

Microwave Velveeta cheese cubes and salsa in 1 1/2-quart microwave bowl on High heat for 5 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 3 minutes.
Stir in cilantro.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or broiled green, red and yellow pepper wedges. Makes 3 cups.
