Chicken On Sunday - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
raw chicken pieces (unfloured and unsalted)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Spread rice over bottom of large 13 1/2 x 8-inch pan.
Combine soups with milk; heat and pour over rice.
Lay pieces of chicken (raw) on top.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top of chicken. Seal tightly with lid or foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours and 5 minutes.
