Seven Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head shredded lettuce
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. sliced celery
1 can sliced, drained water chestnuts
1 pkg. frozen petite peas
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tomatoes
Preparation

Place lettuce in bowl.
Top with layer of green onions, layer of celery and layer of water chestnuts.
Sprinkle frozen peas over salad.
Spread
mayonnaise over top.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Add Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt and garlic powder.
Cover and chill 24 hours in refrigerator.
Garnish with crumbled bacon and tomato wedges before serving.
