Apricot Streusel Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. dried apricots
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine (reduced-fat)
2 c. quick oats
2 jars baby food prunes
1 Egg Beaters
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring apricots and 2 cups water to a boil.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
Drain and reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
Cool slightly. Puree apricots and reserved liquid and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside.
