Chicken Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, boned
    1 c. sherry
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 c. silvered almonds
    3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in sherry for 2 to 3 hours.
    Pat dry.
    Combine crumbs, salt, pepper, cheese, parsley, garlic and 3/4 of almonds. Dip chicken in butter.
    Roll in bread crumb mixture.
    Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with remaining almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
