Joanna Gilliam'S Cheese-Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
    2 cans sliced apples (not pie filling!)
Preparation
    Soften cheese and oleo.
    Blend until smooth, then add sugar, flour and vanilla.
    Blend until smooth.
    If not moist enough, take juice from apples and add to cream mixture.
