Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground round or chuck
    2 eggs
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
    2 (3 oz.) cans sliced ripe olives
    1 (7 oz.) can oysters, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped fine
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    tarragon to taste
    rosemary to taste
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix with hands for a good blend.
    Shape into 1 large loaf or 2 smaller ones.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
