Linda'S Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork tenderloin, cut in filets
    1 egg
    saltines, crushed
    salt and pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans milk
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix saltines with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pound filets to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Dip in beaten egg, then in saltines.
    Let set for 15 minutes.
    Fry in butter until brown.
    Mix together soup, 2 cans milk and garlic salt to taste.
    Put filets in pan and pour sauce over.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours in oven or on simmer in an electric frypan.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
