Cocoa Divinity Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, unbeaten
Preparation
    Sift
    flour,
    sugar,
    cocoa,
    cream of tartar, soda and salt in
    mixing
    bowl.
    Add shortening and 2/3 cup of milk and vanilla. Beat
    until
    well
    blended.
    Add
    egg, unbeaten, and blend well. Then
    add remaining milk and beat about 1 minute. Put in loaf pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
