Lemon Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 baked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt in small saucepan. Stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick, about 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir 1/4 of the hot mixture gradually into beaten egg yolks.
    Pour egg mixture into saucepan, stirring constantly.
    Cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes.
    Stir in butter and juice.
    Cool 20 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Pour into prepared pie crust.
