Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    2 c. oil
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    In blender, put vinegar, sugar, salt and dry mustard; blend. Slowly add the oil, then the poppy seed.
    Add water last.
    Blend until mixed well.
    Goes great over salads.
    Makes 1 quart.
    Lasts up to 1 month in refrigerator.
