Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh ham or pork
    1 lb. cured pork
    2 c. cracker meal or bread crumbs
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except the tomato juice.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Pour the tomato juice over top and bake 1 more hour.
