Fresh Apple Skillet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 large apples, diced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix flour, soda, salt and sugar in one bowl.
Mix cooking oil, egg, apples, nuts and vanilla in separate bowl.
Mix both together well and pour into a greased 9-inch iron skillet.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
