Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together in a large bowl.
    Combine butter, shortening, cocoa and water in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
    Pour the cocoa mixture over the flour and sugar and mix well.
    Stir in buttermilk, eggs, salt, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Begin making the icing 5 minutes before the cake is done.
