Rafter "X" Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. trimmed brisket
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    garlic powder to taste
    onion powder to taste
    1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 (10 oz.) bottle soy sauce
Preparation
    Brush brisket with liquid smoke.
    Rub on powders.
    Place in large cooking bag in large roasting pan.
    Pour in sauces. Marinate overnight.
    Pierce several holes in top of bag.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 4 hours or until tender.
