Saucy Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. chopped onions
3 minced garlic cloves
5 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 lb. fish fillets
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in oil about 3 minutes. Add oregano and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Cover bottom of glass pie plate or shallow baking pan with sauce. Dip fillets in sauce and fold in half.
Pour remaining sauce over all. Bake 10 minutes or until done.
