Cabbage Soup With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head small white cabbage
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. flour
    3 1/2 c. beef stock
    salt
    3 potatoes
    2 sausages
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and onion and fry in 1/2 of the oil.
    When cabbage turns yellow, sprinkle with flour, add remainder of oil and simmer for a few minutes.
    Dilute with stock; season with salt.
    Add cubed potatoes and sliced sausage and boil for approximately 20 minutes.
    Add chopped parsley before serving.
