Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve 3 tablespoons)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix pineapple juice, flour and sugar until well blended. Stir in pineapple and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix melted butter and Ritz crackers. Put on top and bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
