Ginney'S Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. kielbasa
    2 green peppers, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 pkg. dark brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut up 1 package kielbasa thin; put in crock-pot.
    Slice 1 green pepper and 1/2 onion.
    Put in crock-pot on top of kielbasa, then add 1/2 box brown sugar.
    Repeat with the remaining ingredients and top with the rest of the brown sugar.
    Add 2 tablespoons of water to pot and cook 2 1/2 hours.
    Drain most of the liquid at the end of cooking time.
    Serve with mustard.
