Baked Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick oleo
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Cook grits in salted water, stir in oleo and cheese.
    Cook until done.
    Let cool.
    When cool, stir in eggs.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
