Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chili powder (small can)
1/2 c. cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Blend tomatoes and heat in a double boiler for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring once in awhile.
