Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. sweet corn
1 large red bell pepper
4 to 5 c. sugar
4 to 5 c. vinegar
Preparation

Cut corn off of the cob to equal 1 gal. Add all ingredients into a large pan. Cook at low heat until
done. This recipe varies depending on how sweet and how hot you want it. Just add more or less vinegar or sugar or bell pepper to suit your taste.
