Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Large Sliced Onions
    1 Large Green Pepper Minced
    2 Tbsp. Oil
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    2 lb. Can Tomatoes
    1/2 Cup Washed Uncooked Rice
    1 tsp. Chili Powder
    2 tsp. Salt
    1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions & bell pepper in oil until yellow. Drain and add ground beef, fry until it falls apart. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole dish, cover & bake at 350 for 1 hour, 15 minutes uncovered.
