Savory Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (thick)
salt and pepper
lemon slices, cut 1/4-inch thick
1 tsp. brown sugar (over each chop)
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
Preparation

Place chops in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
On each chop, place a slice of lemon, cut about 1/4-inch thick. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon brown sugar over each chop.
