Pecan Sandies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar, then add flour and chopped pecans.
    Roll into balls in palms of hand. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Roll in powdered sugar. These freeze well too.
