Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 lemons, juiced
    6 large bananas
    3 qt. ginger ale
    6 c. water
    1 large can pineapple juice
    1 small can frozen orange juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water.
    Heat until sugar is dissolved; cool. Blend bananas and orange juice until smooth; add 3 cans of water. Combine all ingredients except the ginger ale.
    Pour into 3 (1/2 gallon) milk cartons or 3 gallon sized Ziploc bags and freeze. Take out of freezer at least 1 hour ahead of time.
    Place in punch bowl.
    Pour ginger ale over the punch before serving time.
    This makes a slush.
    You may float fresh fruit or frozen fruit on the top.
    Serves 50 to 60.
