Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. nuts or raisins (optional)
Preparation
-
Beat first 3 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes in a greased pan or two 8 x 8-inch pans.
