Butter Creams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. granulated sugar
1 c. whole milk
1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 c.)
Preparation

Grease a large platter and set aside until cooking is complete.
In a large heavy pot, mix and cook mixture.
Stir continuously until mixture begins to cook.
When mixture begins to cook, put candy thermometer in pot and cook to soft ball.
At soft ball, pour on platter and allow to cool.
Beat until mixture reaches balling consistency.
Ball and coat with coating chocolate.
