Pork And Rice Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 piece celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with oil.
    Add celery, onion and green pepper.
    Saute until tender.
    Remove vegetables to small bowl.
    Add more butter to skillet, if needed. Add pork cubes, cooking until pink color is gone.
    Do not cook very brown.
    Remove meat.
