Spring Temptation Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. Jell-O lemon flavor gelatin
1 c. orange or lemon sherbet
2 c. thawed Cool Whip
2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 graham cracker crumb crusts
Preparation

Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl for about two minutes.
Stir in sherbet; mix until melted.
Refrigerate 25 minutes or until gelatin mixture is slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows and pineapple.
Pour into crusts. Freeze until firm.
Makes two pies.
