Mary'S One Pot Meal On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pot roast (your choice)
    2 large potatoes (cut your choice)
    1 can carrots
    1 large onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Wash roast.
    Salt, pepper and sprinkle with garlic.
    Cut potatoes (choice of shape).
    Wrap all in foil and put on grill for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn over every 30 minutes.
