Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 (4 oz.) can pimentos
Preparation
    Cut cheese in small pieces.
    Place in double boiler and melt. Add flour, salt and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add milk.
    Cook 10 minutes. Add beaten egg.
    Cook about 5 minutes more.
    Remove from heat. Add chopped pimentos.
    Cool.
