Lemon Cinnamon Gelatin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
1 c. ice water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
Dissolve candies in 1 cup hot water.
Add to gelatin with ice water, lemon juice and applesauce, mix thoroughly.
Cool until slightly thickened and stir in nuts.
Cream cheese with mayonnaise and swirl mixture through gelatin.
Chill in mold until firm.
Serves 10 to 12.
