Chicken Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
5 to 6 potatoes, cubed
1 large can chicken broth
4 cans creamed corn
1 c. milk
salt and pepper
parsley
Preparation
-
Saute onion.
Add chicken, celery, carrots and onion to chicken broth.
Cook a few minutes.
Then add potatoes and salt and cook until done.
Add creamed corn, milk, pepper and parsley. Heat thoroughly.
Do not boil.
