Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 diced carrot
    1 bag California Blend frozen vegetables (cauliflower and broccoli)
    1 lb. cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in water until tender; add soup and cheese and heat until cheese melts (could be shredded).
